| Cancellation Policy | |
We need the deposit of one night to accept the reservation. You can authorize Palazzo Starace to charge the deposit on your credit card . Our cancellation final date without penalty ( 1 night deposit ) is 15 days before the check in date. In case of no show the penalty is the equivalent of 2 nights stay. Si richiede l'acconto di 1 notte,con addebito sulla carta di credito . In caso di no-show, la penale è pari a 2 notti di soggiorno.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 360 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
