• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 2 pm.
  Check-out: before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price and it is a full American breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, it is not possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 Floors at Splendido and 4 Floors at Splendido Mare. Yes, there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms and suites are particularly private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of them do.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV in each room/suite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  At Hotel Splendido there is a heated, saltwater swimming pool, where our guests from Hotel Splendido Mare are more than welcome.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, both are available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The nearest village where you can rent a car is Santa Margherita Ligure (3 km).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are many in Portofino and Santa Margherita.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Portofino.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Genova Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we do organise private transfers with an outside company.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  400m from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Margherita Ligure Station, 3 km away.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is 1 km away.
• Is the beach private or public?
  It is a public beach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a Health & Wellness centre at Hotel Splendido and a gym.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets in the room, but not in the public areas.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is possible.
