This is the first hotel I would try to book for future visits to Milan. The rooms was clean, attractive and nicely appointed. There is a nice bar, a great breakfast and a friendly, professional staff.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They knew what was going on in the city, and could direct us at all times.

The Spadari al Duomo was the best hotel we stayed in over the three week period we were in Italy.

A clean and friendly place to stay. A wonderful bonus to have an elevator, when in other towns there were no lifts. Centrally located close to the Duomo, and other places to see. Plus, the trolley located directly up the street, was an inexpensive way to travel around town.

A family of 5 arrived tired and jet-lagged.
They went out of their way to establish our
comfort and were outstanding in their
customer service.

Anyone who satys here should feel fortunate.
The location is unbeatable, the staff more
than accommodating, the breakfasts fabulous.

This is the only place to consider in Milan.
We traveled with 3 kids for several weeks
and were treated exceptionally well at this
hotel. Plus, there is a deli from heaven
right next door.

I have stayed in many hotels around the world but rate the Spadari at the top with the best not only for location (central and safe-feeling) and accommodation but also for the kind and helpful attitude of every member of staff. They made our first stay in Milan a real pleasure, and as I was Ignorant of any but the most basic Italian language it was a bonus that all the staff had perfect English. When we enquired they pointed us at an excellent restaurant, giving clear directions and booking for us...I would love to return and stay whilst exploring more of Milan than we had time for on this occasion. Thank you for the opportunity to sing praises where they are due...the next hotel we stayed in, south of Milan was more like faulty towers - a real contrast! Kind regards, lynn foster

we settled final account, lodged our bags whilst we explored milan a little more - also collecting treasures to bring home from the most fabulous the local delicatessens- then returned for tea,juice , a clean-up and collected our luggage - the staff called a taxi for us, printed out up-to-date clear onward train travel directions from milan, and we felt like valued guests to the end. it was without question an absolutely 'no-fuss' stay. Top marks.

The only place to stay in milan,
so comfortable and convenient for everywhere on foot/metro and had helpful staff.
Important point - As females we were quite comfortable to move about in the area around the hotel even at night alone...not a feeling we had out near corsa buenos airies.

It was a good surprise that they have kept my personal data as I stayed at Spadari a year before. (I felt that I came back home in Milan.)

A female receptionist was very helpful when I asked her to reconfirm my flight. In Italy, it's better and much safer to make a phone call in Italian, even though people, working at reservation counter or flight confirmation desk, speak a sort-of Englilsh.

A great putite-hotel for urban-life preferred tourists. Though the rate is quite expensive, the investment will pay you back enough to enjoy your stay in Milan.

Staff were helpful and up to date with events in Milan. Breakfast was excellent as was the service. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Location of the hotel was excellent, being in a central location yet with no traffic noise.

the staff was very helpful. there were lots of extra amenities, fruit and sweets available all hours, free internet, etc. the location was great, very central. we would gladly recommend the hotel to others and stay there again ourselves.
