- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The prices are per room per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, it is. We serve continental breakfast. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Italian, English and French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
The apartment is on the ground floor. The rooms are on the 1° floor. There is no elevator but there are only about 2o steps to climb. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, even if located in the centre, our bed and breakfast is in a quiet area. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linens and towels are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Our bed and breakfast has a typical sorrentine garden. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
The rooms have a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
All our rooms are non smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?

All our rooms have air conditioning with no additional charge. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?

No, but there is at 20 meters distance. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No. - Is parking or garage available?
No, but 100 mts far there is a guarded parking on payment. - Where can we rent a car?
Straight with us. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?

We are located in the historical centre of Sorrento few minutes from the most important tourist resort: Capri, Pompeii, Naples, Amalfi coast. - Which is the nearest airport?
Naples "Capodichino Airport". - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we offer a pickup service on request on payment. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The main square from where you can catch buses to all destinations in only 100 mts. away. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The "Circumvesuviana train station" from where you can catch trains to all destinations in only 250 mts. away. - How far away is the beach?
The nearest beaches are only 150 mts away. - Is the beach private or public?
Mostly private. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, but there is a fitness centre is only 100 mts away. - Are pets welcome?
No, unluckly we can't welcome pets. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, but you can in our nearby office.
