• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: From 1.00pm.

• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Rates are all inclusive of continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian,English,French,Spanish(A little).
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 Floors - no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are individually appointed.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only 1.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We try to.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  TV in all rooms - No satellite yet.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We can assign parking permits - for parking infront of the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes several.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Nervi - Genova town centre only 20 minutes by bus.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Genova.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  50 metres from the hotel - Nervi Porticciolo.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Nervi - 15 Minutes by foot.
• How far away is the beach?
  50 metres from the hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No - there are numerous in the vicinity.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
