• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per Suite hosting two people.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes if your prefer, normally on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground or first floor, no lift.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All Suites are quiet, private, romantic. Four of them with great view to the Assisi valley.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided by the House.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One Suite has a private terrace and one Suite is located under the Open Gallery.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the Suites are non-smoking, smoking is permitted in the open common spaces only.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, two satellite tv channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No. Due to the medieval building structure, the Suites are normally fresh and do not need air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Not today. A Club-House including a dining room will be available to guests late in 2004.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  At 3 km distance.June to s

• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Spoleto downtown, and we can arrange booking upon your request at agreed rates.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  3 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  At a few km distance, in the Montefalco area, red and white rgional D.O.C. wines (Sagrantino road)
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Campello sul Clitunno, Spoleto.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  In Perugia.(20 minutes drive)
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange upon request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In the village.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  10 km Spoleto, Campello 4 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Not today, with the Club-House late in 2004. Reastaurant available at 1 km distance. We can arrange light meals at the House upon request.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes
