Have just returned from overseas. We would certainly stay at Hotel Shelley e delle Palme in Lerici again. It was just fantastic. Wonderful view,close to the ferry for the 5 Terre. Fabulous breakfasts. Helpful staff. The only change I would make is to be able to sit outside when having breakfast or have the windows open, as it is such a great view. Thank you

This town, even off-season was a madhouse. Yet I loved the experience of having stayed there.

The instructions on how to find their garage, despite being on a map, were hard to put into practice. They should be re-done by someone who is not familiar with the area, but has figured it out by experience, with landmarks and distances and stressing that the entrance is exactly opposite the Hotel Golfo, and is just a galvanized shuttered doorway with little to identify it as the hotel's garage.

No problems. We were able to walk to the garage (about a quarter of a mile away, all uphill), drive ot the entrance and load up the car.

Distance of garage for hotel would be an obstacle for a handicapped person. Wonderful view of the harbor, castello, and golf.

The room was very nice - clean with a nice view of the water. Breakfast service was very good as well. The staff were always very helpful.

It was a very nice hotel, good location - I would recommend it to friends and would stay there again myself.
