• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per person and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Spanish, Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and 1 lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the suites are quiet and surrounded by a charming ambience.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some have access to the terrace that links the hotel to the swimming pool, with a mountain view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Each suite has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a LCD Satellite TV in each suite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but the public swimming pool is located just at 20 mt from the hotel.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Both parking and garage are available, the parking is free, for the garage there's a charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Turin or Briancon.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Turin's Caselle.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is at only 500 meters far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Oulx's.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a very modern fitness center. Each suite has a whirlpool bathtub or hydro-jet shower. 3 suites have a private sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We are proud to propose you a gastronomic tour of the area nearby Sestriere, where you will try different types of tipical food in very particular and characteristic places.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
