• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Hotel and Residence
  Check In: from 2:00 p.m.
  Check Out: before 10:30 a.m.
  For Residence minimum stay 7 nights - Check In and Check Out only Saturday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per day and includes taxes and service.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  For the roosm in Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni breakfast is included in the price. For the apartment in Residence L'Ulivo breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English, Freanch, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have three floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms with views of the lake or park and the apartments are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, on request at reservation.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms and all apartments have satellite TV and international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all the rooms and all apartments have telephone with direct dialing.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in all the rooms and in all the apartments without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There are 3 swimming pools: 1 outdoors overlooking the lake with bar and buffet and 2 indoor for adults and children.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available inside our property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Como (30 Km) or in Lecco (20 Km).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are many shops in Como, in Lecco or in Milan.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Lecco.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Milano Linate 70Km, Malpensa 70Km, Bergamo Orio 60Km and Lugano (CH)40Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request we can organize a pick-up service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Close to the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Como, Varenna.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Inside our property you will find gym with technogym equipment, squash, sauna, turkish bath. Perosnal programs and trainer.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only a small pets on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There are 2 restaurants: "Terrazza Serbelloni" facing the lake, international and creative cusine. Formal setting with live music in the evening and Mistral Restaurant specialized in natural, light cuisine and Mediterranean dishes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
