Royal Hall:
the most extraordinary hall of the Villa is the Royal Hall, a true masterpiece of the "imperial" style. The ceiling is decorated with frescos and golden stuccos; the lightning is diffused by large bronze and crystal chandeliers. |
 Presidential Suite:
this suite is named in this way because many presidents (Winston Churchill, Roosevelt, J.F. Kennedy; Mary Pick ford, Douglas Fairbanks, Maria Schell) stayed in this room. This splendid suite is the natural compendium and the continuation of the Royal Hall. The frescos, the marbles, the precious furniture underline the Hotels' style and history.
Dining Room:

Conference and Meeting:
within the Hotel Villa Serbelloni we have the possibility to set up our congress halls up to 400 people capacity, with audiovisual equipments, secretary and press room. These halls may be used also to mount any kind of artistic exhibitions, as well as fashion shows with parades on platform. The Polivalent Hall, also called Breva Hall, may be divided in three autonomous sectors, to accommodate a minimum of 8 to a maximum of 80 people; Tivano Meeting Room give you the chance to have windows on the Lake; Nautilus Meeting Room located inside the new rooms restored from the cellars of the Villa; Lucia Meeting Room is connected with the bar. |

| The Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni is settled in the Como Lake district. In this area the land of the Lombardy Lakes is a "unicum" of water and lush green banks, here and there interrupted by valleys slicing into the mountains, creating their unique profile, all this plunged in a perfectly mild climate. The land of Lombardy lakes has always been, since ancient Roman times and above all after the Renaissance, the destination of travellers seeking out their own very little corner of paradise lost. Como is the principal town and it gives its name to the whole lake. It lies in a green dell surrounded by hills of glacial formation, at the southern of the West branch of the lake. Impressive are the geometrical outlines of the historical centre developed inside the ancient Roman encampment. The city itself centres on the modern Cavour Square, which opens onto the lake and divides the lakeside promenade into eastern and western sections. In the surrounding area you will find: artistic and cultural tours, shopping in Como, Lecco and Milano, water skiing, sailing, canoeing, trekking, mountain bikes, horse riding, 18 hole golf course within 20 minutes. |
