 Villa Scarpariello is located on the main road to Amalfi and near to Ravello and to the sea, the Villa was the theatre of storical events after being the residence for hunting and fishing of the Princes Marsiconovo and the barons of Compagna. This is the place where King Vittorio Emanuele III and queen Elen stayed and where he abdicated the throne to his son Umberto. Scarpariello guested also famous politics as Jacqueline Kennedy, the ambassadors and ministers of Italy, famous actors and major industrialists. |
