• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night in B&B and per person in HB and FB.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included. We serve a buffet breakfast but special requirements can be cater for.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors and a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are all quiet, romantic and well-appointed.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, three of our rooms do have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is seasonal but individually controlled and free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a free car park.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Brindisi airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are some grocery stores and a supermarket nearby.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Ostuni.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Brindisi airport (called "Papola-Casale").
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Five minutes walking distance.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Ostuni (3 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small size and upon request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is and it is one of the best in Apulia!
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
