• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in time is from 14,00 pm and before 23,00 pm
  Check-out time is at 11,00 a.m
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room in bed and breakfast arrangement.
  Per person as regards prices on halfboard or fullboard-basis
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes breakfast is always incuded in the price, it's a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French and a little Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floor every floor is reachable by lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have junior suite rooms with panoramic view on the seaside and a nice terrace with flowers and sunbeds.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Three rooms have terrace, no room with garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Lots of them have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes all the rooms have tv, without satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No we have no airconditioning but fan on the ceiling.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes we do, it's free.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  not of our property.
  In front of the hotel, there is a establishment where you can go to the swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a free parking on the street or the parking place of the hotel near our garden.
• Where can we rent a car?
  500 mt far fom us - Europcar.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes there are.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Chiavari, Lavagna and Sestri Levante.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Genoa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we don't.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At the railway station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Chiavari.
• How far away is the beach?
  15mt.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
