• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our rich continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All the rooms are on the ground floor. There is a lift to reach the meeting rooms located on the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, they do. Each room has an external patio equipped with garden furniture.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not because they are all on the ground floor but they do have a patio.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/TV in each of our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and individually controlled.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but our guests can ask the reception to use their PC.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is. It is open from April to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a large parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Brindisi airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest grocery store is 3 km far from the property.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No, there are not but there are olive groves.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Ostuni Marina.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Brindisi Airport, 25 km. Bari Airport, 90 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do, on request (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There are no bus-stops nearby.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Ostuni, 7 km away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can if you have your own laptop.
