  All accommodations, Check In from 11.30am, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 4 floors with elevator/lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the Suites are very romantic rooms.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes. We have some no-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is Tv with international channels and free Pay TV
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all.

  No, but one's is very closed.

  Yes parking and garage with valet service with an extra cost.

  We have shuttle service and limousine available, and many agency for rent the car.

  Linate airport (LIN)6 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, shuttle service and limousine available.

  Tram number 11-5-29-30- or Bus-stop 54. The Undergroud exits close to Sanpi Hotel is "Repubblica or Porta Venezia"
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Central Railway station 800 metres to the hotel by walking or better by taxi 5 minutes
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, Fitness Room.

  Yes. Our restaurant/bar are open every day.

  Yes, you can surf internet with your own laptop by using the new modern high speed Wi-FI connection system.
