• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All our prices are per apartment, per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast isn't included in this price. There is a possibility to have breakfast in our Hotel Madrigale 500 mt will be charged extra.
• Is heating included in the price?
  In the lower saisons when requested,weather circumstances.
  These are all extra costs already included in the weekly supplementary costs.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  It is possible to settle the bill upon a weekly basis. All incidentals will be settled upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our Hotel Staff besides Italian, speaks English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Main house 3 floors, annex 3 floors and the farm-house 3 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  No, just apartments.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  they are not included, on request can be rented.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, they do all have terrace or balcony with view to the golfcourse and lake.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, terrace or balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  In all the apartments we applicate the italian law that our guests shouldn't smoke inside the apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all apartments have Sat-TV. There are several national and international channels free of charge.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all the apartments have a telephone with direct dailing.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there isn't the apartments don't have air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a restaurant next to the residence of San Michele.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we haven't.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there are two pools one (25x13mt) and one for the children. The pool is open when the residence is.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are parkingplaces for our guests and garage on request for charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car rental is available at the central station of Garda about 2 km. There is a scooter rental as well in Garda.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a supermarket at 2km distance in the place Costermano.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Garda is at 2 km distance along the lake and Affi is at 5km were all the shops are.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is at 20 km in Verona, airport of Villafranca Valerio Catullo.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We don't have a shuttle bus service. Private transfers can be arranged at extra charge from the Reception Desk.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest central bus stop is in Garda from here one can go everywere.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest train station is at Peschiera del Garda 30 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, sorry.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, we don't except any kind of pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No there isn't.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
