The receptionist was waiting for us and personally took our considerable baggage to our rooms.Very good first impression.

We found the Hotel very clean and with a very friendly and 'homey'atmosphere .The breakfast in the morning which was usually supervised by the owner Madame Duchesse was exceptional!...It was well presented with fresh products and anything that we needed or wanted was available .
The lounge and reception area felt as if we were in some one`s home!...a nice comfortable

The only negative is that we had anticipated from the website that there was a restaurant in the hotel which was not the case other than for breakfast!
We had been concerned that due to its location the Hotel would be noisy at night but in fact the rooms that we had onto the courtyard were very quiet.

Very nice friendly family owned Hotel, our only regret was that we did not spend more time there and in Spoleto rather than move on to Cortona and to a Hotel that we did not like.

The fact that the hotel is at the foot of a very steep climb into town would have been a disadvantage if my old cousin had been with us as planned. It should therefore be noted in the information. We were glad she could not come. It would have made our stay much more difficult.

We arrived later than expected and Federica greeted us and made sure our accommodations were prepared as advertised.

Outstanding hotel made even more so by the warm and friendly staff. Mrs. Zucarri and her staff were very attentive and helpful during our entire stay.
The property is kept in excellent condition and shoul be rated higher than 4 stars.

Everythin was ready for our checkout including driving directions to our next destination.

We took a taxi from the station to the hotel, so we didn't need directions. We enjoyed everything about our stay at the San Luca, which is a very nice facility and a good value as booked. Everyone there was very hospitable and helpful; it feels like a family-run hotel. We would stay there again, and we would recommend it highly.
