All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?

Yes, it is possible but usually we prefer guests to settle their bill on departure.

The building has 4 floors and it is equipped with an elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All rooms are soundproof and are very quite and relaxing. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Some rooms have a little terrace.

Some rooms have a French balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, non smoking rooms are available on request. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, all rooms have satellite plasma TV with all the main Italian and international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, all rooms have a direct dialling line, besides in the junior suites and suite there are 2 telephone lines. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, all rooms have a sophisticated air conditioning/heating system that allows to set individually the temperature in each room without extra charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, each room has a direct connection to internet using the TV remote control or a special infrared keyboard. There is also an internet point in the Hotel. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is no swimming pool. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, the Hotel has a free of charge private parking and a valet service. A nearby Garage is available on request. - Where can we rent a car?
The reception staff will give assistance to rent a car. The nearest agencies are in Santa Margherita Ligure. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes, there are some small grocery stores in Portofino, but it is worth to go to Santa margherita Ligure or Rapallo where there are more choice and supermarkets. - Which is the nearest village or town?
Portofino is at about 200 meters from the hotel, a walking distance. Then there is Santa margherita Ligure at 4 km. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest international airport is the "Cristoforo Colombo" in Genova at about 35 km from Portofino. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, but we do organized private transferts with and without companies. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is at about 100 meters from the hotel and it is the only one in Portofino. The bus leaves every 20 minutes to Santa Margherita Ligure and Rapallo. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is the one of Santa Margherita Ligure at about 4 km from Portofino. - How far away is the beach?
The beach is one km away. - Is the beach private or public?
Both beaches, private and public, are in the surroundings. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
Yes, the Hotel offers free access sauna and steam bath. Other kind of treatments are availables on request. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, pets are welcome in the hotel. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
