  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.

  Yes, both of them.

• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning in every room, free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes. Addidtionally every room has an internet TV free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is an indoor pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but at 20 mt. from the hotel there is a covered private car park (11.00 EUR per 24 hours).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car rental offices are in Perugia.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.

• Which is the nearest village or town?
  We are in the city center of Perugia. Assisi is 18 km far from here.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The airport of Perugia is about at 10 km, the airport of Rome at 180 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza Partigiani bus terminal (50 mt. far from the hotel).

  There is a well-equipped gym.
