• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room.

• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 lifts serving seven floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quite and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have a terrace. The others have a window.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In all rooms there is a colour satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  In all rooms there is a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In all room there is air conditioning and it is included in the rate of room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is an outside Swimming pool open from June to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Napoli Capodichino International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just 50 metres, in front of the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Mergellina Railway Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  On the seventh floor of the hotel there is a "Jacuzzi" swimming pool.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There are two restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
