• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bills can be settled on arrival, but we advise to do that on the day before departure.
  
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In our Building there are 1 floor and there's one elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are but expecially in summer when there is weddings there are a music and a lot of people.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they haven't any terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they haven't any balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, there aren't a smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In every room, there is a TV and a satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free and it is possible to modify it from the room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is. All our rooms have high speed internet hookup, and there is also an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool. It is open From May to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking space is available inside our Resort and it is free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our guests can rent a car in Massa Martana o Todi.Please ask to reception for directions and informations.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes there are. The nearest are in Massa Martana, Todi.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there is a Montefalco vineyard where it is produced Sagrantino of Montefalco (famous red wine in Umbria).
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Massa Martana (900 mt/1 Km)
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Roma Fiumicino or Perugia.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a pickup service from and to the airport, it is on request. We can arrange for taxi o minibus to meet you and take you to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is Massa Martana.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Massa Martana.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes there is. Our Resort bosts a light fitness center composed by: gym, turkish bath and jacuzzi. Only with a reservation (upon arrival) is pobbible to make massagges.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome, if they do not disturbe and if used to live indoor.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Every rooms have a free connection with ADSL line/socket.
