• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per accommodation, per day or per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is always included in rooms rate. It's not included in weekly apartments rates but is included for daily rates.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating and air conditioning are included in every accommodation.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish and a bit of French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All the building is on the first floor, just 4 apartments are on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Masseria Salamina is a quiet place, also because there are just 15 rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes. For rooms there is a daily change of towels and twice a week of linens. For apartments weekly change of both.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Each room has its own table and chairs outside; 3 rooms have it, as the entering, in the internal garden; 4 rooms on the bach of it, from of the ancient building; the 2nd floor apartmens have a terrace (2 front of the 400 years olive trees and 2 front of the sea); 1st floors apartments enjoy the shadow of splendid stone arches.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Rooms and apartments have TV but not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is and is included in the price. We use it during summer time that in Apulia it is quite hot!
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is our restaurant, and in summer time it is possible to eat outside.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have. In the reception we have a wireless ADSL connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The swimming pool is under construction and it should be ready for April 2005.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have and outside parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Bari and Brindisi airports, but there is also private small company that can bring a car to the Masseria.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are many.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Pezze di Greco, 1.5 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Brindisi (55 Km) or Bari (65 Km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have but we can arrange it for you.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Pezze di Greco, 1.5 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Fasano.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, we do not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes. Our restaurants offers typical local menu. It is a set menu offering 4 courses.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
