The Masseria Salamina Farm is composed of about 173 acres of ground - 99 acres in the territory of Monopoli city and 74 acres in the territory of the near Fasano city. The agricultural prevailing activity is the cultivation of the olive tree, then almond tree, locust-tree and citrus fruit, and also a small breeding of goats and sheep, hens and rabbits. While the farm of Monopoli is the center of the agricultural activity, the one of Pezze di Greco is the center of the agritouristic activity. We produce extravirgin olive oil Masseria Salamina, jams, cacioricotta, fried fava beans, rosolio.
 
In our cosy restaurant, open to outside guests too, various specialities of Italian kitchen can be tasted, finding at the same time, ancient tastes and the relaxing calm of the countryside. We can also organize some courses in Mediterranean cooking. Our guests have at their disposal: TV Room with fireplace, internet wireless (free), cafe room, dining room for 80 people, courtyards, parvises, terraces and a garden. In the HB price drinks excluded.
