• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night on B&B basis, per person on half or full board.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our cold buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?

• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some of our rooms do.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv with international channels in each of our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, it is seasonal and there is no charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is and it is open form the middle of May to the middle of October.

  At the concierge desk.

  Yes, there are some grocery stores nearby.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do. There is an extra charge for this service.

  The bus stop is 100 metres far from the hotel.

  The nearest railway station is in Salerno (27 km far from the hotel).
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is 5 km far from the hotel.
