  Rates are per room, per night and include VAT, services and a very rich American breakfast.

  American Breakfast included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 Floors with 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are a few.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have a non smoking floor.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialing telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is. No extra charge. It is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do: Internet point in the Hall and Internet wireless connection for PC in the all Hotel areas (including rooms).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At any car rental in Milan: Hotel reception will provide adresses and telephone numbers.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Linate Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We provide our customers with on request limo at fixed rates from and to any airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus Nr. 72 and 63 stop right in front of the Hotel.
  Bus Nr. 90 and 91 stop at 100 mts. from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Central Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes we do have a small fitness room : we do not have Sauna, Jacuzzi etc.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Our restaurant, bar and room service will offer you personal and attentive service throughout your stay.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can.
