• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 03.00 pm.
  Check-out: before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices on BB basis are per room. The prices on half and full board basis are per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, previous one night's deposit with credit card.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French and Spanish and Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 floors. 3 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  A few rooms located on the first floor have a terrace, junior suites deluxe on penthouse floor have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Most rooms overlooking the sea have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have 20 non-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have two Internet points.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, outdoor heated (27°C/82°F) sea-water swimming-pool and a children's pool (April to October).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the Concierge Desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Sanremo has 40,000 inhabitants, Monte-Carlo is at 45 minutes' drive.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nice International Airport at 65 km (1 hour's drive).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, transfers on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Local bus lines.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Sanremo railway station at 1.5 km.
• How far away is the beach?
  About 200 m.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Private.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, wellness centre.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, three: main "Fiori di Murano" open all over the season (jacket requested for dinner), Pool Restaurant and Bar "Corallina" (April to October) and "Il Giardino" for al fresco candlelit dining (June to September).
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
