We were late and afraid that no one would be there...it was a relief to see the lights on and a nicely dressed, polite, gentleman there to greet us.

We have never rented an apartment before and were hesitant but immediately realized it fit perfectly into the way we travel. We are out walking, riding trains and busses, until night. So, it was wonderful to come 'home' to a clean, comfortable, familiar place with modern bathroom and convenient kitchen.

Clean, private, peaceful, safe, retreat at the end of a full day of travel. We learned that we prefer the suites to a hotel situation and will look first to an apartment stay the next time we travel.

We needed to have a late check-in on our day of arrival. The management was very helpful in making this happen at Rota Suites. In fact, the receptionist made a special trip to the hotel in order to greet us. The management also arranged personalized transportion for us to and from the airport.

The Rota Suites is a beautiful establishment that has been furnished, decorated and equipped with the highest quality of products. We were impressed by everything from the lighting of the apartment to the comfort of the couch!

We left very early for a morning flight in Naples. The receptionist arrived at 5:30 in the morning in order for us to check out at a comfortable pace.

There are a few apartments with beautiful sea views as well as views of Mt. Vesuvius. I did not see this mentioned anywhere on the website, but it absolutely should be there! We would have paid more for these rooms.

We have told our friends that they must stay at the Rota Suites if they travel to Sorrento. As American expatriates we have been traveling Europe for 3 years and when you consider the friendly service, the helpful management and the high quality accommodations you get for such a reasonable price; Rota Suites is by far one of the best establishments we have found!

The property was in excellent order. The only criticism I would have is that the shower screen was not very good and water spilt on to the floor making it very slippy. We had to ask for extra towells which we received with no problem.

we were late getting to Sorrento and checked in past 8 pm. Giuseppe was very nice and patient about our latness.

Giuseppe was the nicest man and has excellent customer skills. He was very helpful when we needed anything like directions, suggestions on where to go and help with the washing machine.
The Roto Suites were very clean and comfortable and cleaned often. Our family was very glad we chose Roto Suites and made our vacation to Italy even better.

The Rota Suites was an excellent base for our holiday in Sorrento. The self-catering accommodation allowed us a great deal of flexibility which we want on holiday. The apartment was very comfortable, stylish and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. I would thoroughly recommend the Rota Suites to anyone looking to holiday in Sorrento.

I thought the apartment was excellent and was not disappointed by anything. All the fittings were of top quality (some even designer - excellent - what a treat!).

I normally stay in cheaper accomodation but couldn't find anything self-catering in Sorrento. But this woas well worth paying that little bit extra for. It was a pleasure to get back to the suite at the end of a long day of sightseeing. And even the one rainy day we had didn't matter because it was such a lovely experience to stay in the apartment a bit longer!

We were pleased that the room and furnishings were in very good condition. The room was more even spacious than it appeared in the pictures. We enjoyed the view of citrus grove from our balcony. The room was very quiet, surprising for Italy.

We had booked 2 bedroom apartment. We were given 2 1-bedroom apartment instead which gave us more privacy.

Since it was less than a year old, the apartment was very clean. We hardly bumped into other guests during the whole week, we were starting to think we were the only ones in the hotel. Giuseppe was wonderful.

Internet is only available in the lobby. Dial-up in the rooms if you have your laptop with you. The only negative was that there was no toaster or stove. It would have been nice to toast some bread for breakfast. The shower took a little adjusting to keep the water in the tiny tub, rather than causing a flood onto the bathroom floor. Supermarket is 2 blocks away, past the railroad tracks, which we did not find this 'til last days of our stay. There weren't any restaurants near by.

Great self-catering apartment. Very clean and convenient location. Not much of a view from our balcony, but was not to have. The street noise does not seem to end, but we did not have problems of falling asleep even though our bedroom looked out onto a busy street. Giuseppe is wonderful.

Only issues:
1) The shower didnt work very well and sprays water all over the floor of the bathroom when use.
2) No kettle for making hot drinks. Had to boil water in a saucepan. Not very good.
3) Building works taking place outside and immediately under our apartment. Noisy in the mornings.
Apart from these small points the stay was comfortable. Thank You.

Giuseppe the receptionist could not have been any nicer. The directions on the website were clear as far as Sorrento but once we arrived in Sorrento it was very difficult to find the apartment.

Quality of rooms was great, except the building is very noisy. Every movement from a neighbor to the side or upstairs is amplified in the units. The bed and pillows were much too hard. The kitchen didn't have anything basic to cook with such as salt & pepper, olive oil, not even a sponge to clean up or dish liquid, meaning we had to buy everything. I expected it to be better equipped. Laundry was too expensive. Decor, bathroom, pans and plates were very nice. Cleanliness tops.

I would warn guests that the noise level from neighbors is high. Some people are sensitive to this. Also that they will need to buy most things for the kitchen themselves.
