Overall an veru good experience except for the directions to the hotel.. The jacuzzi wasn't working but no big problem there. Rooms were great and well serviced.

Just that the room we had can very easily and privately accommodate a family of four. This was better than I had expected. My children effectively had their own little room and were delighted.

Extremely difficult to locate. Even locals had difficulty in helping us find the accommodation.

Really just difficult location both to find and to get to. We had a car but tricky to drive up to as cars parked on both sides of a narrow road.

Great accommodation a little way from the city centre - but well worth it for the views when you get up in the morning. Good clean new facilities and helpful staff.

The walls between the apartments were like paper. When the neighbour was on the phone, I heard everything he said. The bathroom doors in two apartments were not able to be closed smoothly. Balcony chairs and table were missing, but we got them, when we asked for them. In one apartment there were only two towels for four people. Again, we got them, when we asked for more towels. One day the swimming pool was closed, because it was thundering in the morning. In the afternoon the sun was shining brightly, and our kids were on their way to pool, but they still kept the pool closed. After several phone calls we got it finally open!! In apartment there should be more closets for your clothes and place to the luggage. When a family with two kids spend a week in a two room apartment, there should be enough closets to all clothes, shoes etc.

Swimming is forbidden between 13.00 - 15.00.
