• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 02.30 pm. to 08.00 pm.
  Check-out: before midday.
  Possible delays must be earlier communicate. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per apartment/room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  With the Bed and Breakfast rates breakfast is included, with self catering, breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The residence has 3 floors, with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the apartments are quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  The rooms are complete of services, including bed linen and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Each room\apartament have a private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Each room\apartament have a private terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all the rooms have got a TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms have got a telephone, a TV and a refrigerator. And safety box.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning and private heating.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but we are a few minutes from a beach.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We don't have a parching available but there are some private car parks that have special prices for hotels.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Sorrento, about only 16 Km from here.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are some of each nearby.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Positano, we are in the centre.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Napoli Airport, 45 km far from the property.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Limousine service (external) for excursions and shuttle service on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  100 mts from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Sorrento , 16 km far from Positano.
• How far away is the beach?
  A few minutes far from the Residence.
• Is the beach private or public?
  You can choose between private or public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  On request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
