 The Villa with its elegant guestrooms displayed along two wings used to be property of the Paolini Friars family: it was built at the beginning of the 20th century and in 1990 works were carries out to remodel it. Finally, in 1993 it opened as a hotel, with the prospect of treating visitors like real guests and providing a unique comfort in a wonderful natural setting. |
 Abruzzo, the area in Italy where the hotel is located, is known as a "green region in Europe": three National parks and dozens of small reserves are taken care of, and this concern for the environment is present too at the 6.000 square metres park that surrounds the rooms at the Romantik Sporting Hotel Villa Maria. |
 You may organise work meetings or have a light lunch with all the basic ingredients of the local cuisine on wrought-iron tables placed outdoors. In addition to this, a free shuttle service takes guests to the beach, placed only 1 kilometre from the property, at several times in the day.
