• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per person per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included. Continental breakfast in buffet style.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Different buildings, 1 or 2 or 3 floors without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are. Some more, some less but all the Executive rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  47 of a total of 123 rooms have a shared terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only few rooms (14) have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The air conditioning is in all of our rooms without extra charge. It's seasonal from June to September.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes there are 13 pools. They are open up to ca. 7 p.m.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, 800 meter far.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, 500 meter far.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Sant'Angelo, 800 m far.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Naples Capodichino, 2 hours away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organise the pick up service through an agency.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is Cava Grado, 200 m far.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Naples.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes (only small cats and dogs).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, in some rooms.
