• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast included, Continental breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 2 floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All room are quiet, private and very romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are provide from us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have 2 rooms non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have Tv, No satellite
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, we do not have air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not in the property, but there is a swimming pool just 500 mt from the property open from June.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Chiusi Station, 12 km: Avis Rental Car.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are 2 grocery stores in the surrondings.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Many.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castiglione del Lago 12 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Perugia Sant. Egidio.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

  In Town.

  Chiusi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?

• Are pets welcome?
