My wife and I stayed for 5 nights. We were travelling for 6 weeks. Our room though large had inadequate hanging and storage space for clothes.
We wondered if the woners expected quaests to stay for only one night?
The Bar was too hot to be comforatble (it need air-conditioning).

The web sight infers that the Hotel is situated in a pedestrain area. This in not so. The Hotel is situated on a one-way road.

Arrival was brilliant as we arrived quite late 10:30pm and reception had already prepared a parking permit for the car at the front of the hotel and also kept open the restaurant for us to grab something to eat.

Quiet hotel in the heart of this historic town - well presented rooms, helpful and friendly staff.

The shower in Room 113 was awkward to access as the sliding door was only divided into two, not three. It was also too high above the floor so was even more awkward to to leave especially when wet!
All the receptionists were very friendly, especially Roberto, but you do need an experienced bar-keeper and some supplies of tonica to go with the gin.

As there is no laundry service or restaurant available during the first two weeks of August then this fact should be displayed.

Old-fashioned but comfortable and quiet.

I did have to have the invoice corrected (downward slightly) to match the promised amount in the voucher, but the receptionist did this with no problem.

The airconditioning in the room/suite was not working in part of the suite which made part of the stay uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was great.
