  The price is per room per day.

  A la carte breakfast is included in the room price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill on check out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 floors - no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are very quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Each room has seaview. balcony with an enchanting sea view. standard rooms have a balcony and each junior suite has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have a tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.

  No, there is not.

  Yes, a car park is avalaible.

  At the Hotel Reception.

  Yes, at extra charge.
