  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In about 14.00pm, Check Out before 11am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per person.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Buffet Breakfast is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    You can settle the bill on arrival but the extras must be paid at check-out time.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, German and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The hotel has two floors, we do not have an elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All rooms are located in a quiet area, the most romantic rooms are in the front area with view over the lake.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    The majority of the rooms have a balcony, one of these has a big terrace and most of them are in a green and quiet area.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Most of the rooms have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    All rooms are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All rooms have satellite TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    In each room there is a direct dial telephone.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    There is air conditioning, is seasonal and there is no extra charge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Sorry, we do not have an Internet/E-Mail point.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    We have a swimming pool for adults and children, it's open from May.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    We have free parking in front of the Hotel.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Only 4 km far from the hotel there is a rent-car service. For any others informations you can ask to the reception staff.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    There are many supermarkets around our hotel and grocery stores you can find at about 15 km from here.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    The center of Sirmione is at only 3km.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Verona - Catullo.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, sorry.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    There is a bus-stop 500m far from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Peschiera del Garda at only 7 km.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, sorry.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, sorry.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    The nice hotel put at the guests' disposal a "à la carte" restaurant with his typical dishes of the mediterranean kitchen and with the best wine of the Garda lake and a pizzeria with wood-heated oven.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No.
