Born in Thal (Switzerland), she was involved with the kitchen at young age. Her father Pio, was already a master Chef , and Patricia followed him taking the opportunity to work in some of the most prestigious hotels of the time, along the Amalfi Coast and abroad. After the normal schools, she specialised at the A.C.R. College (Scuola Mesopotamica di Cucina Campana), followed by the “Gordon Bleu School” in Rome. As Patricia loves to be not only a chef, she became also a member of the A.I.S. (Italian Association of Sommeliers). The dishes that Patricia prepares are based on the “Evolution of the Campania Kitchen”, using typical local products with genuine flavours, enhanced by attention given to preparation and presentation.
