  For weekly rates apartments are in self-catering. Breakfast is included for daily rates.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, guests can settle bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The property has 4 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes all the apartments have got their own private romantic corners.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes linens and towels are included in the price.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of the apartments have got their own terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is a television set in all apartments, but no international channels are provided.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all the apartments are provided with direct dial phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning at no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes there is a panoramic swimming pool open from middle May to middle September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes there is a private parking place available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car applying to the concierge desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes at S.Agata sui Golfi (1.5 km).

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.

• How far away is the beach?
  The nearest beach is at 5 km.
• Is the beach private or public?
  There are public and private beaches.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes small size pets are accepted.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
