• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our prices are per accommodation.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our fabulous buffet breakfast is included in the price only for the rooms' rental.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our multi-lingual staff speaks English, Spanish, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our Hotel is situated on three floors with one elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of our apartments have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Most of rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have TV. We have several national and international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Most of rooms have seasonal climate control and there is an extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have one of the fastest internet access point of the coast!
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our swimming pool is open from 9AM to 7PM.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Our private parking lot is available at an additional cost.
• Where can we rent a car?
  If you ask several days in advance, cars and scooters can be rent at our front desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  There are several vineyards nearby.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest town is Minori.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Capodichino in Napoli.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Our private shuttle service can be arranged, on request, at an additional cost.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is a short 5 minute walk.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest train station is 25 minutes away by car or bus.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is no fitness center in the property, but there are many nearby.
• Are pets welcome?
  Our hotel cannot accomodate pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Our award-winning restaurant serves a variety of Italian and international dishes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
