By car:
If you come from Lombardia, Piedmont and Liguria (North-west Italy):
All year - you can have access to Livigno throug: the Milan-Lecco SS36. Follos the directions for Lecco until Colico then take the SS38 to Sondrio, then to Tirano and Bormio. There take the SS301 Foscagno Pass, which is always open. In summer - you can take another pass: when you arrive in Tirano follow the directions for Switzerland, then Poschiavo and up to the Forcola Pass, till you arrive in Livigno.
From Triveneto, Emilia, central and southern Italy:
All year - A22/E45 motorway to Bolzano-Bozen exit Bolzano Sud, highway to Merano, SS38/40 towards Passo Resia/Reschenpass until Sluderno/Schluderns; SS41 towards Glorenza/Glurns and Tubre/Taufers, Swiss Custom, Pass dal Fourn/Offenpass, road tunnel "Munt la Schera" normally open from 08,00 a.m. to 08,00 p.m. except on Monday from 06,00 a.m to 08,00 a.m.
From northern Europe:
All year - Landeck(A), Scuol(CH), Zernex(CH), road tunnel "Munt la Schera"
-from Zurich(CH), Landquart(CH),Kloster(CH), car train tunnel Vereina, Zernez(CH), road tunnel "Munt la Scheira".
