• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price are per apartment per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the residence we have no elevator and we have 3 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All studio apartment are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All our apartments have a terrace/balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All our apartments have a terrace/balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Normally all studio are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In all studio we have the television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no need.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes directly on the Residence we have a parking and a garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a car renatal 100 mt far from the Residence.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Zurigo, 220 Km or Milano, 240 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange transfert from and to the airport with Taxi.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Livigno S. Rocco Area, 50 mt far from the Residence.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Tirano at 80 Km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
