• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  It is a very quiet area.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide both bed linen and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, we have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, all apartments are equipped with a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a tv in each apartment without satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

  At the airport.

• Which is the nearest airport?
  Genova or Pisa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Not from the airport, but we have a car-service from the railway station of Deiva Marina.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is no bus in Deiva Marina.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Deiva Marina Station at 200 m.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is 50 metres away from the property.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, the appatments have wireless connection. This service is included in the price.
