• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment and per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is only one floor and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the apartments are quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a terrace in the one-roomed and in the two-roomed apartment.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  In the three-roomed apartment in one bedroom there is a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is the television without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, at extra charge in the one-roomed and two-roomed apartments. There is not air conditioning in the three-roomed apartment.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a garage with an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Amalfi.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Amalfi.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Naples, Capodichino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange on request private transfer at extra charge.

• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is just 2 minute walking from the apartments.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both of them.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
