 Recently refurbished in soft, elegant shades and fabrics, all apartments are very comfortable. They are equipped with SAT/TV with international channels, air conditioning/heating, safe deposit box, direct dialling telephone, ADSL connection, kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge and oven, bathroom with hair dryer, Jacuzzi tub or shower.
Bed linen and towels are provided and weekly changed. The building has two elevators and disabled people have easy access. Most of the apartments have private balconies adorned with delightful flowers. |
 Moreover the Residence provides an internal terrace equipped with garden furniture. Here during summer months the guests often organise convivial "al fresco" dinners!
Just next to our Residence there is a Restaurant called "Il Portico" (same management) where our guests can enjoy a daily buffet or eat "à la carte". The concierge of Residence dei Fiori is at your disposal for every need, specially for tours and information about the area. |

 As Baveno is a little village along the lake side, it has a beautiful promenade and a well organised beach. There is the harbour where you can take the boat to many towns around the lake and it has his own railway station as well.
Baveno has many restaurants and bars, several shops, supermarkets, banks, hairdressers and a post office. For various shopping possibilities cities like Stresa (4 Km) and Verbania (10 Km) are good choises.
For kids there is the Zoological garden with free small animals and play garden in Stresa (4 Km) as well as the Safari Park in Varallo Pombiano (40 Km) with wild animals and an amusement park. |
 For sport fans there exits a range of choises like fishing, water skiing, rowing, sailing and of course swimming. Golf can be played in Stresa, Gignese and Premeno. Possibility of winter sport facilities at Mottarone, Pian di Sole, Piancavallo and Macugnaca (50 Km).
Other beautiful trips in the mountains to make are for example the Val Grande, the largest natural park of Europe or the Toce Waterfalls (60 km).
To visit gardens, islands and palaces there are many possibilities like the Borromean Islands at Lake Maggiore, with their beautiful palaces and gardens (10 min. by boat from Baveno), the Villa Taranto with botanical garden in Verbania-Pallanza (10 km) and the Giardino Alpina in Gignese, just above Stresa with hundreds of different kinds of mountain plants and trees (12 km). |
