• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5.30pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment per week, from Saturday to Saturday.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included, our apartments are self catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating, hot and cold water, electricity and bed linens are included in the weekly price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bills can be settled on arrival, but we advise to do that 2 days after check-in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 5 floors and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the apartments are very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Bed linens are provided and changed on a weekly base, towels are provided and changed twice a week.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Most of the apartments have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have only non smoking apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every apartment has a TV sat. National and international channels (satellite TV) are available.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All the apartments have direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Selva Val Gardena is at 1.563 meters above sea level and air conditioning is not necessary.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a restaurant.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is no Internet/E-mail point in the property, but every apartment has an ADSL line/socket.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool and it is open from 8 am to 8 pm.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Guests are welcome to use the Residence Antares garage under payment.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Bolzano, 45 Km far from Selva Val Gardena.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airports are Bolzano and Verona in Italy and Innsbruck in Austria.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have a pickup service from and to the airport. On request we can arrange for you taxi o minibus to meet you and take you to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop for of the line coming from Bolzano is located in the centre of Selva Val Gardena, 150 meters away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Bolzano, Km 45.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a wellness centre with sauna, steam bath, whirlpool and invigorating showers, solarium, swimming pool and fitness room.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, every apartment has an ADSL line/socket.
