A completely delightful experience...the elegant and professional service of the entire staff exceeded that of any other 5 star hotel at which we have stayed. Great attention to detail. Hotel Director Eugenio Marmarella, invited us to tour the hotel facilities with him on our first day.

On our last evening, Mr. Marmarella sent us a bottle of champagne. He was also there at check out to thank us and wish us a good trip.

The directions just tell you which town the Villa San Martino is in, not where in the town.

Very high quality, beautiful and quite modern rooms (with jacuzzi baths). Staff very attentive, friendly and remember details like who likes still/sparkling water etc. Pool and gardens stunning.
