• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 5pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill is settled at the moment of check out but if you prefere, you can pay one day in advance saving time for your leaving day.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 2 floors with lift. There is also another part of the building without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are quite and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only few rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we haven't non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all the rooms have satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is telephone with direct line in all the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There isn't air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool with hydromassage. It is always open. Sice it is not heated, it is generally used from Middle May to Middle September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Reserved parking at 100 meters from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Perugia (20 km from the hotel) railway station area.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes there is a grocery store in the village, and several shops at 10 kms from the hotel.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  We are in the center of Castel Rigone, a medieval village.
  The nearest place is Passignano sul Trasimeno (8 Km. far).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Airport of Perugia is at about 30 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No. We haven't.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It'is in Passignano (8 Km. far).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 8/10 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets of small size are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
