• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 1pm.
  Check-out: before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental buffet breakfast is always included. Extra charge for hot dishes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We prefer you to pay the total amount and any extras of the stay at check-out time.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
  
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are located on the quieter side of the hotel.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only 2 rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Unfortunately, we do not have non-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every room has a satellite TV.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  In each room there is a direct dial telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, without any extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In the hall there is an Internet Point at disposal for the hotel's guests.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There are 2 swimming pool. One for adults and one for children.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A quiet car parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Only 7 km far from the hotel there is a rent-a-car service. You can ask the Reception desk for detailed information.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  During the year there is a retail complex 10 km far from the hotel. Small shops nearby.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes there are.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Bosco, only 2 km far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Airport S.Egidio - Perugia 5 km far from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we have. The service is available from 8.30am to 10pm.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is 1 km far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Ponte San Giovanni, 12 km far from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes there is, open for lunch and for dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is possible.
