• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per person per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included with a beautiful and rich buffet of fresh fruit, juice, local cakes, croissants, ham, jam, bread, yogurt, cold and warm beverage. Intercontinental dishes are only on request.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but only on request. Beverage or other services not included in the room rate will be paid on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We can speak Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building there are are 2 floors without a lift. A private lift is available for disabled people only.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are. All the rooms are located on the upper floor. They have a panoramic view to the hills or the sea.
  They are all furnished with antiques and good quality fabrics.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not but all rooms have a panoramic view to the sea and the hills.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, they are all non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is but International channels are not available at the moment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a phonebut without direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning and no extra charges are required.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is in the Lounge area.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there are two private parkings. A very big one for buses and caravans and a small one, in the park, for cars and shuttles.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the airport or at the railway station. We can also provide the service for our guest with advanced request.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are. There are a lot of shops shops and commercial centers nearby. You can reach them by car or by foot in maximum 10 minutes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Silvi Marina, 400 meters away from the property. The nearest ancient villages are Atri and Città Sant'Angelo, about 10km away, which can be visited in half a day. For the shopping and a long frontsea walk on, we suggest to go to , about 15km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Aeroporto Internazionale d'Abruzzo in Pescara. It is only 10 minutes driving by the A14 Motorway.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, but only on request. We can also provided a private driver on request. There is also a very useful services provided by a local shuttle which is available on call.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in front of the Church, just 5 minutes walking down the street on the left.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Pescara Centrale. It is only 20 minutes driving by the SS16 to Pescara. There is also a small railaway station in Silvi Marina, but for local transit only.
• How far away is the beach?
  There are many beaches. The nearest one is 5 minutes walking and 400 meters away from the property. The others wilder beaches are in pines area and can be reached by car in 5 minutes.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The beach is public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not, but we have a special convention with a SPA in Montesilvano, 5km away from the property. There are also some fitness centers nearby, but every information will be provided at the reception.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are but only small size and with extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is. It is a very good restaurant mentioned by the most important Italian Touristic Guides (Touring, Veronelli and Gambero Rosso Guide).
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
