• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3.30pm, Check Out before 11.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Spanish, Italian and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors but there is not an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are also for the unique location, with the view of Como Lake.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  There are all non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in all rooms. Heating in winter and freezing in summertime. There is not extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but if you have a computer you can connect Wi-Fi (on the ground floor) or to a computer plug (in the room).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a private outdoor swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking inside the Relais.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many car-rental in Como. If you need a car during your stay just ask to the Reception, we can book it for you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are a big supermarket at the exit of Como Nord Highway and a small grocery store, nearby the Relais (2 minutes on foot).
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Carate Urio and the nearest town is Como.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Malpensa in Milan, 65 km (45 minutes driving).
  Milano Linate (one hour driving)
  in Switzerland Lugano Agno, 30 minutes driving
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request we can arrange private taxi from/to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is 5 minutes on foot.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Como San Giovanni, about 15 km, 30 minutes by car.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have not a fitness center, but some suites are equipped with jacuzzi or Turkish bath.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not a restaurant, but in the summertime we have pool bar for snacks and light lunch and around the relais there are some restaurants with fixed price for us.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can if you have a computer.
