EXCELLENT just as decribed on the web site defently a place to stay ,staff very friendly and helpfull.View from the balcony was fantistic.ie make sure you book a room with a seaview then you can sit and admire the bay of Naples and watch the boats criscrossing the bay .Sorrento is a beautiful city to visit with excellent restaurants.Don't forget to try the homemade icecream !We will be returning again.

Location of the hotel on the coast isgreat. That's what you have to pay for.
The rooms are very clean and spacy enough, but very basic and old fashioned, espially the bathroom and the furnitures

Unfortunately, we were given the ground floor room just next to the bar and the street. The noise from the bar, and the cars needing to use thier horn next to our window (only 2 meters away), made sleeping impossible. The room was very spacious and clean.

The hotel has some very nice rooms in the upper floors and these are more quiet. Had I know this I would have requested one of these.

We stayed in a room at the front of the hotel- we requested a sea view. We found that it was very loud. Cars beeped their horn coming around the corner before the hotel as it is so narrow. The building across the road was being renovated, so there was constant noise from that. The restaurant (Pompei, I think) to the left of the front door played very loud music on occasions.

The view from the rooms on the coast side of the hotel is beautiful, but because there is a road down below it is quite noisy with all of the scooters driving by at all hours. You can also hear a lot of activity from the hallway.

Since there were so many restaurants we wanted to try in Sorrento, we didn't take advantage of the half board, which was included in our price. I would have preferred to have the choice to only pay for the room and breakfast instead of paying the additional money for the dinner.

It is a nice hotel with a great view and friendly staff. The rooms are clean but very basic, and at times can be noisy, particularly those with the ocean view. Remember that the price paid includes dinner in addition to breakfast.

Temperature of both room and shower was
very cold even after my complaint.
The noise from other guest rooms was
relatively loud.
I could not have cappuccino at the
breakfast.
The view of restaurant was excellent.

In general,hotel fee of Sorrento is
relatively expensive. I think the Regina is
average in this area.
The additional parking fee is not
mentioned in your website.

The road to hotel was very narrow to drive
for foreigners and garage was very limited.
